He also regularly attends update and capacitation programs on diverse topics.
Experience: In the beginning of his professional practice he joined the legal department at General Motors de Argentina. Before co-founding Díaz Valdez & Fernández Risposi Abogados he was an associate to Negri & Teijeiro Abogados (formerly Negri, Teijeiro & Incera).
Mr. Fernández Risposi focuses his practice in commercial and company law. He has also experience on contractual matters, merger and acquisitions, estate planning, general litigation, emerging technologies and the software industry.
